Salon Policies
Refund Policy
Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including haircuts, coloring, styling, treatments, and any other services.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.
Adjustment Policy
We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the original service date. Please notify the stylist within 2 days of the original service if you are dissatisfied. Adjustments will be provided based on the original consultation and agreed-upon style.
